ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Future Student Contact Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them take the next step toward their future at JCU. Your day will be dynamic and rewarding, including:

  • Answering enquiries from future students via phone, email, SMS, and in-person, providing clear and friendly guidance.
  • Assisting students with accepting their offer to study, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

This position supports the Domestic Admissions team by delivering lead management services and conversion strategies to prospective students, contributing directly to the achievement of JCU’s enrolment targets. As a key point of contact for prospective domestic students, you will provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional, efficient, culturally sensitive and aligned with JCU's policies and procedures.
