ABOUT THE ROLE

ABOUT THE CENTRAL QUEENSLAND CENTRE FOR RURAL AND REMOTE HEALTH

The James Cook University Central Queensland Centre for Rural and Remote Health (CQCRRH) in Emerald is part of a national network of 16 University Departments of Rural Health, funded through the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training program as a workforce initiative.

The CQCRRH aims to enhance clinical placements by embedding students within practices, services, organizations, and communities, with a strong focus on engaging with Indigenous communities.
