We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced TechnologyOne System Lead to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to own, enhance and optimise our enterprise TechnologyOne environment, supporting critical business processes and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Full-time continuing opportunity
- Based at our Bebegu Yumba campus in Townsville
- HEWL 8: $108,964 - $125,126 + 17% superannuation with a 2.75% pay rise from Dec 2025
WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE
As the System Lead, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing management, configuration, and improvement of our TechnologyOne applications across Financials, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Contracts, and assist with Student Management and Enterprise Content Management. You'll act as the primary point of contact for system-related queries, upgrades, integrations, and future enhancements — ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with organisational needs.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE ROLE
- As a passionate and skilled business professional you will hold a relevant degree qualification with managerial experience or hold post graduate qualifications in relevant field.
- Demonstrated skills and experience managing and supporting enterprise digital applications in Higher Education (or a similar environment) with commitment to quality, user experience and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively support and guide BAU and project team members in functional and technical specifications and software implementation including configuration, solution design, release management and troubleshooting.
- Advanced analytical, research, writing and problem solving skills in a complex system environment with the ability to conceive, identify, develop, and implement solutions.
- Proven leadership and management skills including risk management and quality assurance experience, to deliver critical and complex BAU operational initiatives from inception through to completion, with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of database concepts with extensive experience in SQL scripting.
