Help shape the student experience at JCU.

Join a team that puts students at the center of everything we do. As an Enrolment Officer, you’ll provide clear, accurate and timely advice to support students through their enrolment and progression journey. What you’ll do

  • Respond to enrolment and progression enquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Maintain high‑quality student records across multiple systems.

  • Support efficient enrolment processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Work collaboratively with Colleges and stakeholders to deliver a seamless student experience.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong customer service skills, ideally in a high‑volume or higher education setting.

  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislation.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups.
