Coordinate student allocations for clinical rotations, including preparing rosters, liaising with clinical teaching staff and external health facilities, and organising resources and assessments.
-
Support the smooth running of clinical training operations, including recruitment processes, examinations, community liaison and hospital or health service events.
-
Deliver exceptional customer‑focused service to students, staff and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
-
Play an active role in a high‑performance team, providing timely, accurate and well‑informed responses guided by JCU policies and procedures.
