  • Full-time: 36.25 hours per week  
  • Based at our Bebegu Yumba campus in Townsville or the Nguma-bada Campus in Cairns
  • HEWL 6: $90,821.85 – 98,369.41 + 17% employer superannuation contributions, leave loading and other generous employee benefits.

WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE 

As the Campaigns Coordinator, you will play a critical role in creative development across a range of different mediums like digital and video. Building engaging and informative content to help attract students to JCU. This will support and execute a range of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive engagement and strengthen JCU’s domestic brand presence.

Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement, you will provide actionable insights to enhance reach and effectiveness. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to ensuring the seamless delivery of impactful marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE 

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective campaigns and projects on time that meet client requirements.
  • Developing and optimising creative output for campaigns and other marketing materials across social media, TV, radio, billboards, video work and digital display.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective domestic marketing campaigns, ensuring tangible performance and customer satisfaction outcomes are achieved. This could include creative agencies, college stakeholders, photographers, other marketing teams, videographers and influencers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with an ability to make decisions and provide advice based on legislation, policies and procedures, and a focus on continuous improvement will see you thrive in this role.

Special Conditions

•This position may be required to travel within the region including overnight stays and perform after-hours work on occasion.

•It is a requirement of this position to hold a current Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card) and a current ‘C’ class Queensland Drivers Licence.
